Archangel Michael

This is another late-night creation. It's my concept of Michael (an archangel mentioned in the Bible) in Anime style. I don't like the idea of pudgy little cherubs or docile looking angels that give you warm fuzzy feelings. Angels are warriors. They fight demons. So I thought I'd make him look more like a soldier, gave him a uniform a a sweet glowing sword. And I figured since some traditions put him as the guardian of the Jewish people, his sword would have "Yahweh" etched on it in Hebrew (I'm hoping it says Yahweh, anyways. If someone who happens to know Hebrew could verify it for me that would be cool. Cause if it doesn't say that, I'm gonna have to fix it). Still, I wanted some New Testament flavor in it as well, so I put a cross design on his suit. And I wanted to keep the suit simple, nothing too terribly fancy. All in all, I think it looks pretty cool... and I may consider doing more Angels in the future. All credit for the hebrew-esque font goes to [link] . That's all.
